Shipping policy

VA Smith ships via United States Postal Service, priority mail service to any continental United States address to which the USPS service deliver. Free Shipping On all orders over $100. Our USPS charges are calculated automatically. All shipping is based on Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or holidays. Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. International shipping prices may vary.

Not all styles/colors shown on our website are available in our store. We will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Back Order an item to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately ten to fifteen business days for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. You may check the status of your order by clicking on Order Status from the Home Page. Receipt of a confirmation indicates only that your order has been received by us; it is NOT a guarantee of availability. Rarely items may be sold out in certain sizes as a result of prior sales.
