Refund policy

VA Smith accepts returns of unworn, re-saleable merchandise in Original Packing (Shoe Box), Resalable condition for exchange or full refund within 3 weeks of delivery date, when accompanied by the confirmation e-mail stating order number. Freight charges are not refundable. Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. Return freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any item you receive from our website within 3 weeks of delivery. Just return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box and enclose a note stating your preference.
